For the past 4 years, the HindsightMX Indoor Motocross facility has been located at the Taurus Park Industrial building in North Plains. During that time, we have worked hard to grow the business and expand our offerings while leasing at a substantially discounted rate. As of May 2008, the industrial park building is being sold and redeveloped. We have been notified that our lease will not continue into June.
As of today, June 1 we are suspending operations and closing the track to all riding. We will begin removing the dirt this week, so if you know of anyone needing fill soil this is the place to get it.
Again this is not what we had wanted to happen, but be certain of one thing... HindsightMX will be back in a better place, closer in and even more exciting. We are now seeking to relocate our current 32,000 sq ft of dedicated riding space, and that may take some time considering market lease rates. We have identified 4 locations and are working to finalize negotiations soon. As we re-emerge you will see our focus shift into multi-sports, a motocross academy, adventure sports and expanded apparel offerings. HindsightMX is a mindset. It is an attitude that we endeavor to instill into everything we do.
