Oak Hill has several tracks. They have a main track, vet track, Grand Prix track, kids track, stacyc black top track as well as a little bit of single track. I have yet to see them split the tracks into groups so if you want to ride non-stop you can and even if they did split into riding classes there is still plenty of other places to ride. The dirt on the main track is thick and loamy. The vet track has red dirt so you have different types of soil to practice in. They even have a stacyc track for the kiddo's paired with some swings so the kids have plenty of places to play. They also have RV hooks-ups for power and water.
