Pusheta Creek MX started in Oct. 2002 as a private practice track in the middle of a 4-acre cornfield. In 2004 Pusheta Creek MX opened to the public after an increased request by local riders. The track has since been made increasingly larger and now covers 8 acres of farmland and 4 acres of woods. The track is located in Midwest Ohio about an hour north of Dayton and about an hour east of the Indiana state line. The track was built on a limited budget and limited manpower but is getting better year-by-year. The track is 1.5 miles long and designed as a true outdoor motocross track. It is a track built for anyone from beginners to expert level riders and designed for quads and bikes. The track layout is fast paced with high-speed whoops, step-ups, table-tops, doubles and triples. The track uses all of the natural terrain available and some man made terrain. The track is 20 feet wide including the woods portion of the track and wider in some spots. Track conditions are generally best in early Spring and late Fall due to the fact that the track has mainly a clay base. The track does get hard packed in some areas but we are trying to control that condition. This track will take a considerable amount of rainfall. The track was designed with heavy rainfall in mind and drains very well. Due to the clay base we are trying to add sand in some areas and purchased a water truck in the Spring of 2005. We are steadily improving our watering setup when funds are available. In the Spring of 2007 we added an office where we hope to be able to sell some spare parts and drinks. If turn out gets to the point of over crowding, we have plans to expand parking. We are trying to make a spectator friendly track by adding fenced areas where people can watch. We also have an observation tower where spectators can see the whole track except the wooded section. We hope you visit Pusheta Creek MX and no matter where you ride, RIDE SMART AND RIDE SAFE!
